- List of Prequalified Tenderers for bidding (Including ourselves).
- Evaluation/Comparison Report.
- Cost Effective Alternatives (Clients Executive Report).
- Financial Portfolio to obtain finance if required.
2. Master Brief (fixed price)
- Prepare the Contractual Documentation for signing.
- Supervision of the design development in order to minimize the construction costs.
- To produce the internal Clients Report.
- Recommendation of payment.
3. Design (fixed price)
- Prepare the contractual documentation for signing.
- Supervision of the design development in order to minimize the construction costs.
- To produce the internal Clients Report.
- Recommendation of payments.
4. Construction (fixed price)
- Weekly Monitoring of the construction program.
- Approval of Materials.
- Approval of the method statement for construction.
- Sign off the completed Works.
- Recommendation of payments
